展會回顧—般諾生物精彩亮相第二十屆CACLP
5月28-30日，第二十屆中國國際檢驗醫(yī)學(xué)暨輸血儀器試劑博覽會（簡稱CACLP）在南昌綠地國際博覽中心盛大召開，上海般諾生物科技有限公司攜多款產(chǎn)品精彩亮相，吸引眾多觀眾現(xiàn)場參觀咨詢。
真空離心濃縮儀的工作原理在于，通過抽真空的方式，將溶劑蒸發(fā)出去，以達(dá)到濃縮或干燥生物（非生物）樣品的過程。樣品處于真空狀態(tài)時，降低溶劑的沸點，蒸發(fā)速度將增加，不僅可以提升濃縮效率，而且低溫濃縮，可以避免樣本流失、變性、活性下降及氧化等問題。由于樣品不產(chǎn)生暴沸，損失少得到率高。在離心力的作用下，樣品交叉無污染。經(jīng)過真空濃縮處理后的樣，其純度更高，也更易于各種定性和定量分析，普遍應(yīng)用于化學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、生物分析、免疫篩查、食品安全、殘留分析等領(lǐng)域。
