當(dāng)壓力降低時(shí)，溶劑的沸點(diǎn)也隨著降低。當(dāng)壓力降到一定程度時(shí)，在比較低的溫度條件下，溶劑便可以沸騰蒸發(fā)。為了避免樣品的蒸發(fā)和交叉污染，采用高速離心旋轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù)，保證樣品處于樣品管中不會噴出。

The boiling point of the solvent decreases with the decreases of the pressure. When the pressure drops to a certain level, the solvent can boil and evaporate at a relatively low temperature. In order to avoid sample evaporation and cross-contamination, high-speed centrifugal rotation technology is used to ensure that the sample is in the sample tube and will not be ejected.

The Bionoon VAC-RP2 vacuum refrigerated centrifugal concentrator is specially designed for the concentration of heat-sensitive samples. To meet customers’ need , the Bionoon VAC-RP2 model adopts a combination and matching style that is beside the host of vacuum refrigerated centrifugal concentrator, it also has a large volume cold trap and a vacuum pump, which can provide our customer a one-off solution in an all- round way. Different types of rotors, EP tubes, glass test tubes, various centrifuge tubes, chromatography bottles, centrifuge bottles or 96-well plates can be selected according to the sample volume.
