Bionoon-32P非接觸式超聲波DNA打斷儀，采用等溫、非接觸的方式，可隔著離心管一次性對32個樣品進行打斷、勻漿和混合?？捎糜跓o菌、超微量破碎以及染色體打斷，專為二代測序DNA樣本及染色質(zhì)免疫共沉淀實驗樣品前處理定制，最少可處理5UL微量樣品，適用于珍貴樣本。

Bionoon-32P Non-contact ultrasonic DNA interrupter uses an isothermal, non-contact method to break, homogenize and mix 32 samples at a time through a centrifuge tube. It can be used for asepsis, ultramicro breakage and chromosome breakage, specially customized for the pre-treatment of second-generation sequencing DNA samples and chromatin immunoprecipitation experiment samples, at least 5UL trace samples, suitable for precious samples.

三、工作原理  Working principle

通過壓電轉(zhuǎn)換器，將電信號轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦哳l聲波信號，產(chǎn)生數(shù)百萬的分子“空穴”，利用“空穴”在幾秒內(nèi)變大、破裂產(chǎn)生的瞬時流體剪切力，通過等溫、非接觸的方式對樣本進行打斷、勻漿和混合。

Through piezoelectric converters, electrical signals are converted into high-frequency acoustic signals, creating millions of molecular "holes" that utilize "voids.The instantaneous fluid shear force generated by the hole's enlarging and breaking in a few seconds interrupts, homogenizes, and mixes the sample in an isothermal, non-contact manner.
